OUR BUILDING
Located in the heart of Jerusalem, the Museum’s campus offers a wide range of programs, exhibitions, displays, tours, events, and spaces for dialogue that cultivate closeness and build trust. The interior architecture of the museum, inspired by the dove, represents the founders’ pursuit of peace and hope for a better future. The central monumental staircase symbolizes that tolerance and understanding arise from being an active listener and making a sincere effort to understand the perspectives of others. In times of polarization and social tension, the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem brings awareness, tools, and a commitment to Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), mutual responsibility, and respect to strengthen Israeli society.
